I already disagree. I find nothing jarring about their gameplay-cinematics transitions. In fact, I think they're quite impressive and virtually seamless.

I'm a huge Bethesda fan, but I think this makes them look bad. Going after an indie developer because they think they own the word 'Scrolls'. Clearly no one would ever confuse the two games, they are completely and unmistakably different. Kind of a dick move if you ask me (I'm aware you did not ask me).

I think the point of the energy being used to knock peeps out is less about realism and more to prevent you from just waiting behind a door and insta-knocking out every guard from behind until they're all gone. It just forces you to vary your strategy.
