Ps3 can do no right. The media finds faults in the ps3 and ridicules it, and when Sony responds and improves upon things or lowers its price, it's too little too late. These clowns can literally gargle my balls.

The quality of games would plummet. They are the only ones pushing limits in console gaming. They're the ones that force the others to step up their game. why would they build one version on the ps3, then downgrade it when the ps3 can clearly handle it? and I wouldn't wanna risk having a 360 crap out on me. Each gen I pick the console that I think has the best hardware and the most possibilities, that's worked out for me thus far.
Not to say I wouldn't like to have a 360, I just would never pay for one, at least not until they fixed the hardware issues.

I don't chat with people in other games... I'm not that big a nerd, I've got a cell phone if I wanna chat with someone who's not in the same game as I. I honestly don't get what people think they're paying so much money a year for, other than maybe preferring live aesthetically and the cross game chat crap... What? Oh I see, it must be mostly kids who have their parents to pay for it all so they don't have to even think about or appreciate that they're throwing money away for trivial features...
360 owners are now buying a ps3. For those who didn't see the value and/or potential of the Ps3 in the beginning simply can't ignore the facts any longer, and the price drop + new slim design is all it needed to trigger a large spike in sales. The landscape has changed, now it's Microsofts move, although other than taking things away from the ps3 with money it does seem like they have any other plays, they set themselves up for this by thinking short term.
