Hardly, Sony fans are used to reviewers giving easy 10/10's to 360 games while groundbreaking PS3 games (not HR per se) get unfairly harsh reviews.... Gift bags anyone?
Is honestly so many miles ahead of MW2. I enjoy both games thoroughly; but KZ2 blows MW2 out of the water if you ask me.
But who knows, maybe it's the greatest RPG ever made....
it builds tension, as well as stated above: it helps get the user in tune with the controls. It's film noir style, a mystery/thriller, it makes perfect sense to start building tension while learning a bit about the character. What doesn't make sense is to try to encapsulate the entire games experience in the first few minutes of gameplay footage. Clearly there's much to this game, and we haven't seen the majority of it. I'll say it again: The beginning is intentionally mundane, you don't begi...
From what you've read? Apparently you're privy to information the rest of us aren't. Where exactly did you read that AW environments are 'wider' (whatever that means anyway... or were you trying to say bigger) than HR? No honestly, where in the world did you stumble across a description of how "wide" the HR environments are? As far as I know, nobody knows how big the environments are in HR, not to mention there will be many different environments which I'm sure vary in size. And how...
Rather than just reacting and rushing it out before it's ready. That's MS' job.
None of us know for sure what the finished product will look like, or what kind of support/games they have being developed for it. So how can you be criticizing Sony for the final design and launch games and 3rd party support (which Sony has proven already is not as important as 1st party). Fckin vultures in here.
That was kind of a ridiculous comment. The number is arbitrary, GT5 is a new game. Turn 10 and PD both started out with equal opportunity to make whatever game they wanted and put in as much time and effort as they wanted (theoretically of coarse). The number next to a game has absolutely nothing to do with how good it is. Not to mention T10 were the ones that talked trash about GT5, they were the ones that built up this hype about them knocking GT5 out of its top spot. There's no defending...
How is anything OBVIOUS after only one review score (and a fantastic one at that). HR gets a 9/10 in its first review, and you find a negative out of that. You are undeniably a troll. And then you try to play stupid as if you don't know why people don't take you seriously.
.....
On a brighter note, Heavy Rain is looking to be amazing, I can't wait. 9/10 is a great score, especially considering it's not gonna be a game for everyone, and will likely generate a mixed re...
And Natal is designed to distract you from that, so you'll be all excited about your 360 again, cause the systems abilities have been virtually exhausted. It's actually quite obvious. Listen, the 360 had and still has plenty to offer, but it's a dated machine struggling to keep up with its competition. The only reason it has done so well thus far is smart short term business practices; saturating the market during their year long head start and delivering in games via deep pockets, it was eno...
You know, mix the two, so some games you'll be controlling regularly with the controller, but certain movements can be done using natals mocap. I think it's not advanced enough yet to be a standalone controller, plus I think most people wouldn't want to play an entire game with no physical controller at all.I would much rather use a controller with some natal incorporation. But rather than using natal as an extra feature (kinda like sixaxis only compliments the regular controller) they're mar...
Bull, PS3 undisputedly has outperformed the 360 in the graphics column. Not that the PS3 is necessarily more capable in every area, but graphics there's no competition. I don't know why you would say that, graphics are the one area noone can deny the PS3 has outperformed. Please don't bring up crappy ports either, they are irrelevant.
FFXIII is just a name, what people said was a FF exclusive for the PS3 couldn't be done on the 360, and it couldn't, that's why a games worth of content was removed from the version that was running on the PS3 so they could port it to the 360. Why do people insist on ignoring the facts. Obviously the PS3 is capable of more, has a larger capacity etc. The art director I believe it was, said himself they removed about a games worth from what they had running on the PS3, obviopusly that was to p...
They cut out an entire games worth of content, specifically so it COULD run smoothly on the 360...
I wonder how smooth the game they intended to make would have run on the little exclusive killer.
They're putting so much into this game, it's truly exciting. I love developers that have this sort of integrity, and when they make a game it's about making something they're personally passionate about. I think the DLC will be well made, I wouldn't expect anything less from QD.
Perhaps they don't give us enough credit here in NA, and think we need something more in your face and self explanatory. But either way, they're both good, and more importantly the game looks amazing, so I won't lose a moments sleep over it. I just hope this game sells like crazy so we can see more games like it, and more by QD.
EDIT: @mfwahwah Although I don't necessarily dislike it to the same degree you do, I do agree that the US box art doesn't match the tone of the game at a...
A FFVII remake would be awesome. It would be so fun and nostalgic to go through a redone FFVII, it would be hard to ruin a game like FFVII, all they need to do is use the source material and add a few easter eggs for the hardcore fans. It'll happen sooner or later, as long as there's money to be nmade on it, and there certainly is.
It will be a lot better. And then once the top developers get their hands on the tech and implement it in new and artistic ways, the possibilities are endless.
I'm very excited about the possibilities 3D bring. I realize the cool thing to do nowadays is hate on 3D, but when done properly, it's quite amazing, and it lends itself perfectly to gaming. This will be an amazing decade for gamers. 3D is just the beginning.
Who is the iPad for exactly? Why would anyone choose this over a laptop or a netbook? I must be missing something.
