@Chev
Nope, you just have a hard time reading and comprehending.
I clearly said out of Nintendo, MS, and Sony...the big 3, so all that you wrote was irrelevant to that point.
2nd, I mentioned they raised the Console price as well, did MS or Nin do that?
3rd, Next time read closely and don't defend Sony blindly, they don't really care about you, just your $70.
You keep repeating this, the difference is MS was upfront about having all games playable on all devices...the Xbox eco-system. Sony only fans made that a negative for MS and Sony further fueled it with the "We believe in Generations" lie.
Do you understand now? it is not about if the decision is right or wrong(I think it is a good business decision), It's about the lie and the fans' hypocrisy on the matter.
Shinoff2183,
What an irrelevant reply to what was said.
Do better next time.
"We believe in generations".........Of old and young money lol.
Who the hell believed that PR BS they tried to spew at the start of this Gen?
With that said, it's definitely a smart business decision, 120M is a hard audience to pass up. Sony is turning into mini MS before our very eyes. At least now we can stop all the MS holding back new gen games by releasing on the SS, cause you know, if Sony does it, it's a good move with a legit re...
@TiredGamer
What a terrible post.
Nothing you said made any real logical sense. You just thumbed up bad company practices because it's Sony. When we talk about it as a competitive nature none of your Sony sympathizing makes sense. You literally can apply that to anything...MTX are bad but you don't have to buy them...is that ok? MS tried to raise the price of Xbox live Gold people could have just paid for it or not, was that cool? Scalpers sell sy...
Of course, their SP games are the most profitable ones, as they haven't created any compelling multiplayer games yet. Sony is also charging $70 a pop for them, they even charged $70 for a "Remake", and still tried to feed people PR talk about the profits going back into making sequels or whatever, Last of us was already a finished game and I'm sure they didn't need the $70 a pop for they made from the "Remake" to fund the sequel or spin-off.
Haha, Silly
No one is obsessed with Sony's live services games. The thing is, this is something that most Sony-only gamers did not want and took shots at the competition for doing. First, it was"
"Who needs an Xbox anymore, you can play all their games on PC". Sony decides to do the same now, and it's changed to "At least it's not day one" oh, except for their 10 live-services games no one asked for. Hate to break it t...
Crows,
Now it's about new IPs? not just exclusives?
Yes, I enjoy Nintendo's 'many', not few, as you tried to word-play throw shade Exclusives. The point you are making doesn't resonate with me as I play games for fun, and so do most gamers. You seem hell-bent on things that fans console wars instead of having fun, like now making your whole point about "New IP" goal post moving.
Another point to me that mak...
Crows90,
According to a lot of people on here, exclusives are what matters most and Nintendo is proving that, correct?
So that Exclusive argument works well in defense of one company(Sony), and used as a major pitfall for another(Xbox) and then used in the dismissal of the company with the most highest rated highest selling exclusives(Nin)?
Oh the hypocrisy is real..smh.
Orchard, anast hate for a plastic box makes him say asinine things. I bet if you go over to the movie section threads he is on there finding some way to slip in Xbox hate lol.
One track mind anast strikes again.Xbox, hate, Xbox hate, Xbox hate.
I will take that bet, just like I would have taken the "Nintendo will go 3rd party" nonsense people use to say.
Hmmm, it is 'Currently selling higher than both'..wouldn't it make sense if it was selling less than both, being as it's been about 6 years ?
So forget about the overall sales...lets compare the same time frame and the Switch still wins.
Same argument, over and over., blah, blah blah.
I love how some people ignore Nintendo as if they are not Dominating, and act like they are not part of the console race because of the hybrid nature of the Switch, so silly.
Anyway, gaming is healthy and thriving, good for us and good for all 3 companies to do so well during all the world's current problems.
Word of Advice, go play games, there are a lot of good ones out there no matt...
Exactly this^^
I never ever understand why console brand loyalists feel the need to act as if they know what kind of contract these multi-mill/billion-dollar companies are making. Feel free to be mad about it being day one all you want, but please skip all the "It's a bad thing for the game mumbo jumbo". You are a consumer and have no idea what deals these mega corps/devs are making.
Oh wow, this must be terrible for the game because Crows90 on N4G said it. Team Ninja and Koei must not know what they are doing!
They should stop and cancel this contract that both companies looked over, negotiated, and thought was a good deal. Quick, Crows90 sends them an email and let them know how one customer that thrives on brand loyalty feels about their million-dollar business decisions.
Updating right now
Was hoping for a graphics cleanup, this game in 4k might not look too hot. We shall see though, I am happy for the frame rate update.
@Chev
Dude, you are dense! All MS-produced games are $60, All Sony-produced games are $70. My comment was in direct correlation to Nintendo and MS compared to Sony. If you read the complete thought you would see that...You are arguing a Fact! what is wrong with you?
MS has nothing to do with what A/B charges for games or any other company charging $70, you are reaching by saying because the games are on the system, it's MS...lol, you are well aware you are reac...
