Smell BS? 'Cause I do, and it's coming from your misinformed opinion.
This is why it's a Beta, so Sony can fix things like Network errors and loading issues. So far the reception sounds good!
Do you remember the SNAKE game that came embedded in DOS with Windows 3.1 computers? Those were the days!
Unlike your previous statement, I actually provided a viable response with points that explained my logic. All you said on the other hand, was "OMG XBOX 360 IS TEH BEST". Hardly a valid point to be making if you're not going to back it up with facts...
BTW, the reason I countered your statement was because you said the 360 is the better console. On the contrary, the PS3 has more features inherently built in to it, and ALSO has a WAY lower failure rate. You said "be...
I thought it was supposed to be available this week?
What happened to trying to go for first place?
That wireless adaptor is just way too expensive for a piece of electronic equpment that only allows you to connect to a wireless network. Hell, even routers are cheaper than the 360's adaptor. WTF!
It's the only thing holding me back from getting LIVE. I'm not spending a big amount of money for something that should have been included inside the console in the first place.
Seriously, that was a legit question.
The bad thing about this article, is that it spins the point at hand in a negative light against Sony. What the poster doesn't realize is that (as the many individuals before me have stated) stocks have been down even before this "major recall".
I'm not a fan of Sony's computers, but the article disparages more than it should with that headline.
However, I just really don't like Sony computers. I like the technology that they employ (HD-ready displays, etc), but as for their actual performance, they really aren't anything special.
To Sony's credit, they are always finding ways to seemingly innovate in their different departments...
The open zone is that way

Stop making excuses.
You know how to get off the internet? Alt+F4. Use it!
edit: and that was my original point, why it's better to build your own PC than to buy a PC brand from a major retailer.
edit: I just didn't like you assuming I know nothing about PC's with that uninstallation comment is all. No real hard feelings here, though.
But yes, let's just agree to disagree.
Looks like "Extreme HD" is quite the niche market by default...
WRONG
Didn't they realize that this would cause general disorder among the public?
FREE FUEL? WTF! Of COURSE this is going to cause lines around the block!
The sheer stupidity of people some times...
He looks at the short-term analyst data and creates an assumption off of that. If a 360 price cut hasn't helped them thus far, what makes anyone think that it will make a difference this holiday?
Edit:
BTW, "weaker PS3 lineup"? If anything, Sony has the most versatile gaming lineup going into this holiday out of any of the systems. The 360 has... uh, Gears of War 2? I'm sick of idiot analysts and fanboys concentrating on the 360's one or two games like the...
There are like 50 icons on the desktop alone. Personally, I don't approve of the process of pre-loading a bunch of crap on a PC, which is why I only opt for building my own. At times it may be a bit more expensive to build a PC yourself, but at least you can start with a clean install and don't have to deal with any factory bullsh!t that comes with buying pre-built.
Here's hoping it comes out in the US soon...
Actually Sak, you only need to do it ONCE, and that's when you buy the system.
What would you know though? You don't even have a PS3.
