Halo wars (a game i think is only average) easily outsold any title on ps3 this year. so what AAA titles does ps3 have this year? killzone was a 5 year investment for an 8 hour sub-par game. and infamous, while fun, is nothing to write home about.
both systems have had a pretty lackluster showing this year so far.

you're right though. this hardware is not meant for the home. but i don't think it's limited to big business either. this will be the kind of thing you'll find at internet cafe's and other types of local businesses in a few years.

i've never seen a bigger group of hypocrites. 360 gets FF 13 so you all say square sucks. then sony says "well we get exclusive FF14" and now you all love em again. you swear for years 360 will never get MGS, it does, so now that's not a big deal. you knock the full body motion cap or natal which is easily the most advanced motion cap in gaming to date, but then you spout praise to an obvious wii-mote rip off.

but just to clear a few things up...
1 vs 100 is awesome and home doesn't offer anything like it. the debut show had well over 50,000 ppl. and it was live (and always will be live), with a real gameshow host. you get to compete even if you're just in the crowd and have a chance to win real prizes. to say it's anything other than the first of its kin...

i was on xbox live all night and i can tell you that everyone on there was talking about E3 as a whole. excited to see what everyone was going to show.
but on my psn...i get all these messages all the time about how this is the year of the ps3 and ps3 is going to trash the compet...
once again zeitgeist, you are showing your ignorance. they demonstrated in game footage of Conviction and it looked awesome. also, all that footage from forza today during the press conference was in game.
ALSO, sony is the company that has been notorious this generation for showing cut scenes and not actual graphics.

well no kidding. this isn't news. there is no such thing as real ai. and there are only a handful of programs in the entire world that are even somewhat (not really) close. and i promise these programs aren't used in video games.
