the content may be the same but the pc version will be the only one in true 1920x1080p versus the console at sub-hd, something like 1024x600 most likely, not to mention the consoles hitchy framerate struggleing to maintain 20-30 frames, whilst the pc will run in a sexy smooth 60 frames
plus, the console version will have tons, TONS of pop-in, jaggies and long load times, the pc version will support up to 64x anti aliasing, no pop-in and load considerably quicker.

Every console game is a pc developed port to console, that's where games are made, on pc, even killzone 3 was developed on pc and then ported to the ps3, and the devs always have to downgrade because the consoles are maxed and have been maxed since day one

well, honestly, it is last gen, those of us who game on pc, game in 1080p, 60 frames per second with 16xc anti aliasing, on console you'd be lucky if you get 720p with 2x anti aliasing.
on pc bf3 will visually assault uncharted 3 in ways so perverse and sadistic that i shudder just to think of the heinous attrocities that occur when the two meet for the first time...

I'll be gaming on My Pc, an xbox720, and possibly the wii2, if it launches with some good games.
At least I freaking better be, of course pc will always be next-gen, but i want a new next-gen console in 6-8 months!!!!

there is not, nor will there ever be a game on console this gen that looks as good as 90% of my pc games do from the last four years, I am with crytek on this one, i loved my xbox360, when i bought it in 2005, and my ps3 in 2006, now they just sit there, the last console game i played was killzone 3, it looked so low-res and covered in jaggies i could not even play it, right back to blockbuster with you, the last console game i enjoyed was god of war 3, it looked great!!

so there are almost never console to pc ports, it's usually pc ported down to console
yeah...but add up that $10 on 90% of the games you buy and after 30 games you could have just bought a nice $600 pc..(factoring in the $300 spent for the ps3)..or 1 badass GPU for your pc you already have, hook it up to your hdtv and actually use it to it's full potential
