I think the problem is that Phil Spencer doesn’t actually know what a good game is. He’s proving more and more that he is just a suit and not a real gamer. This a man who believed crackdown 3 was good before release. Any average gamer could tell you what hot garbage that game looked like yet Phil Spencer the boss of Xbox thought it was good.
