So then where is your evidence saying the difference is minor? Or that MS is lying about the specs? Or that the video of games like ROTR showing differences are fake? You sound extremely defensive. Has nothing to do with the competition. Why have 3 skus when one is clearly out of date? Why not just have 2 and simplify things. Remember companies dont do everything because of their competition. They have their own goals and plans.

3 skus is kind of a lot
I have a 4K TV and I can tell you shows in 4K are considerably better than 1080p. I recently switched internet and was having some goofy issues and Netflix kept downgrading the picture quality to 1080 and it was noticeable. I wasn't sure that it would be until this happened.
Ive not played the X yet but from the podcasts I listen to the people that have say the visuals are jaw dropping. I would guess any PC player with a true 4K set up would agree.

So I dont see it available anywhere else so my guess is they are taking more pre-orders than they can fill knowing some will get canceled. Not the most ethical thing to do but its Gamestop after all so not know for that.

I only played the Beta but wasn't Destiny one JUST ok? I mean you can say how great everyone at Bungie is compared to 343, but their most recent game was OK at best. Especially compared to Halo.
