Agreed. That was one of the best review opens ever.
My thoughts exactly.
Gonna be gettin my hands on this soon. Real soon.
You need this game. Everyone does. I got it day one and have been as obsessed with it as PB is with pie.
Haven't played the other games in this series (because of such a wide array of responses to them), but I think I have to pick this one up now. Sounds really good.
I definitely agree. I haven't played either game used in this example (mainly bc they didn't interest me at the time), but now I want to play them to see how the themes of fatherhood compare with stuff like Heavy Rain, which is much more obvioius.
As bad as I think this game is, I really want to be a Predator... but not in the 60 minutes kinda way. One that kills aliens, not dreams/hope.
Interesting... too bad it turned out to be so mediocre though.
No. It is eternal.
I agree... it looks really good and the review speaks highly of it. I'm definitely getting this game.
Glad to see that PSPmini's are getting some love. Even though a lot of them are ports, they've been pretty solid thus far.
that's too bad, I was looking forward to playing this.
How about some webOS action!? There are some big publishers making a push on the Pre lately, but I need more. What else am I supposed to do at work? Or while waiting to checkout?
You raise a good point: it's definitely not a physical addiction like cigarettes, booze, or other sorts of things we generally associate with "addictions." Gaming addictions are psychological and is therefore generally a symptom of other problems, and not the problem itself.
yeah, but who isn't!?
that's just... wrong.
I've never played an MMO, so watching WoW get "watered down" as patches are introduced has been interesting as an outsider. They make it look more interesting to me, and less interesting to early adopters. Makes you wonder if there is a balance that they just haven't found yet.
I'm just now playing the first one and the controls are kinda loose and wonky. Definitely detracting from my experience, but I can see how it might work with the main character just being thrown into this environment. With a review score like that, I'll probably push through to try the sequel.
Although there are similarities to Braid, it is much more of a puzzle game than a platformer. Whereas Braid was the reverse.
I forgot about this game around this time last year. Too late, sorry, Capcom.
