Wonder how the digital marketplaces will handle the incoming Netflix invasion. I like owning some stuff... but having Netflix span all my consoles, my computers, and now portable devices... man, they're looking pretty screwed.
I went to the midnight launch of the MGS4 80gb PS3 because I wanted that thing bad. I got the last copy my Walmart had and it was a few months before I saw another in the area. Totally worth it.
Once the DLC is released we'll be hearing all about this game again. The reason why you don't hear about it now is the same reason you don't hear as much about any older game... there is just hotter/newer stuff to discuss.
They're almost too different to compare. And even though they are both shooters, I come away from playing them with different experiences/feelings. BC2 is more of a direct competition with MW2, whereas MAG is more like a FPS-MMO.
I kinda like this format for group article. It's like a written podcast of sorts.
They managed to create even more plot holes for the main game with DLC!!! Man... what will they think of next!?
Gotta get my hands on this.
I can't wait to lose my life to a new version of this game.
Although I'd just blow it off, I'm sure that rants like that have gotten plenty of new gamers and parents buying consoles for their kids/family to waste extra money they could have spent on a game or extra controllers.
...I'm depressed to admit I might buy this next weekend.
And this proves, once again, that internet peoples have no standards.
I don't think asking stuff like this makes any difference until the devices are out and in our hands. Right now its just mental masturbation to ask questions we can't answer for months. Once it and Natal are out, I think the answers to these sort of articles will be answered quickly.
Heavy Rain didn't suck, it was just overrated. It was reviewed as a game when it was more of a movie. If it was reviewed as that, it would have gotten lower scores for bad acting, horrible plot holes, and a stupid twist. Getting reviewed as a game saved it from bad scores.
I love DLC, but only once I've had a full game experience from what I bought. If it's on-disc content or cut stuff they just readd for a price, count me out.
No, it's out in Australia and Europe... the release date for the States hasn't been given yet. It's this year sometime, though.
I agree the DS is a good handheld, and I play my fair share of it... but I'd take the PSP over it any day of the week. It's what I would hope a current gen handheld would e capable of (media functions, built in browser, internet radio, rss feed, skype, better graphics, etc)
You're just a hater. The PSP is easily the best handheld on the market. The graphics are great, the remote play option is awesome, and the store has awesome options for the PSP and PSone stuff.
Wait... this is a series!? I thought they just stuck a number at the end to be ironic.
I'm getting in on this game asap.
I like his videos and blogs alright. Might be worth a look I suppose.
