resolution beyond 4K does matter. 4K is basically a 8 megapixel image in motion, and 8K is a 33 megapixel image in motion. they say you don't really have to push resolution beyond 8K because the human eye can't see any detail beyond 8K, but i still think resolutions above 8K would make since for films so the image quality is still high when you zoom in. gaming doesn't need resolutions beyond 8K, but i think movies do.

it looks like there finally done cheaping out on these after market consoles. i can't wait until they do the ps1, sega saturn ,dreamcast, neogeo cd with maybe a N46 cartridge slot. loading should be instant on all games on those systems now because of better disc drive speed.

I'll start to worry if when super Smash Bros U, Zelda U, Super Mario 3d World, Mario Kart 8, Wii Fit U, Bayonetta 2, & X release the wii u is still doing poorly. i don't think it will have trouble keeping up in the long run, because of the 3 systems i believe the Wii U will cost reduce a lot sooner than the PS4 &XBOX ONE. it wouldn't suprise me if the Wii u was in the $250-$200 price ranger in 2yrs.
