that wasn't on the Playstation 3 online network, and it wasn't the actual released game with thousands of people trying their 40 person game. it was a closed network test preview for the game.

well, i haven't been kicked off yet. yes, the 360 is a good piece of hardware. but its the games that make it killer. GRAW, COD2, PGR3, Halo 3, Saints Row, Mass Effect, Dead Rising, Gears Of War, Fable 2, Forza 2, Lost planet...

then you add live play, it really is SO much fun. Live may be the best thing on 360. it takes games to a whole new level.
I just really keep looking at sony, and PS3 and thinking a lot of people are going to be disapoint...
the entitlements idea was quite blatent and lame in my opinion.
but it doesn't play games any differently, if you go looking for a games machine you would be able to play next gen at less than 300 right now, on 360. $500 and $600 are a big step for many people for what is basically a gaming machine (or a blu-ray player and half-assed gaming feature). the core can also be upgraded later by a consumer, unlike the 499 PS3 which has parts removed that cannot be replaced.
