by the time they reach the level of second generation 360 title, 360 titles will be in their third or fourth generation. thats the problem with launching a year after your competition- developers are always playing catch up to your hardware. and lets not even start to discuss DirectX10...
if it take you a hour to load fable on your 360, you need some serious repair work done!
