This should have been listed as a rumor, I don't see any proof of what the guys is stating. All I see is he said, he said. If he had provided screenshots of the PR actually saying so. Leaked emails then I would believe it.

So when that person posted an article about Lizard Squad's warning on N4g it gets reported and deleted because it was bringing attention to them but now their warning comes to past and this gets approved? Not saying it shouldn't have but is it too hard to expect this community to stay consistent? The warning shouldn't have been reported.
Wonderful 101 was a new IP and a different style of game, while Bayonetta 2 is a sequel. The only comparison I see here is that both game's are from the same dev team but that doesn't guarantee sales.
It does make sense, I guess. Might confuse some who want to play through them in order but a little research never hurt anybody...that I know of.

Thing about pre-orders is, you can cancel them. As long as it isn't a digital one. So if come release time, reviews turn you off, or you just don't want to buy it. You don't have to, you can even put that pre-order towards something else.
Not saying you have to pre-order, if you don't want to then don't. Just stop wishing others would. More people purchase with out pre-ordering anyway, unless Im wrong.

Ummm Rise of the Tomb Raider is out next year. As for a Sleeping Dogs 2, the sales for this game may decide if we get one or not. SE might assign development to another team, if they haven't already.
Whenever we get a definitive edition to a game it is mostly because they have another in the works or concept stage. This gives them the opportunity to bring in more fans and increase fan demand for a sequel and some $$ towards its dev.
That's how you drive home what you are saying into the minds of those listening. Like giving a speech, you repeat your main points throughout it, including the conclusion.
