My reason will most likely will be the new Gears of War and I will pick up whatever cool looking exclusives that are out by that time. Until then, I have my PS4 and I'm satisfied with that.

Was not impressed when I played the NT test on PS3. The moves are cool but combat just wasn't that fun. Mainly when battling in the air, the camera gets all weird. Hope it gets better by release.
I have no issue with the game's violence I've played plenty of violent games. This doesn't shock me or horrify me. My problem with this game is, it is about what the BS Media like Fox News blame violent video games for: Mass Murders.
Last thing we need is adding more fuel to their fire which has died down a bit recently. I can imagine many calling this game a training simulator for mass murders and such. It is all BS, yes but we really don't need more of this ...
Supernatural either in the style of The Walking Dead games from Telltale or an open world game with side quests involving hunting down different creatures and such.

Sorry this guy sounds like a troll but you can't seriously sit there and say Bayonetta 2 will be better than two games you haven't even played yet. Not to mention different genres so why are you comparing?
It has nothing to do with what you think of the developers. Or the Q of the games themselves. I'm referring to sales. GTA V on current gen is not going to bring in similar numbers to wheat it did last gen.
The award show is terrible, production values and the host is annoying to listen to. Also hosting GOTY in October when 2014 isn't over yet is just dumb.

I doubt GTA V on PS4 and X1 is going to do all that great, the install base is a lot smaller for the current gen consoles. Plus it is releasing in the same month as a bunch of other highly anticipated titles including Advanced Warfare and Unity.
It had less competition when it launched on last-gen consoles in September 2013.
It will sell don't get me wrong but I doubt it will own Holdiay 2014.

Sorry this makes no sense. Two different genres and Bloodborne will appeal to a certain niche while The Order will appeal to wider audience.
Bloodborne hasn't even broken the top 40 pre-orders chart for USA yet while The Order holds on to the #2 spot.

Going by the numbers so far, PS4 is in 1st, Wii U 2nd and X1 third. So X1 is "losing" to both Wii U and PS4.
Anyway all consoles are selling and delivering fun experiences for their fans (Not all, but most) that's all that matters.
