It isn't Underground 3, this is a full reboot hence only being called Need for Speed. Looks like they will be taking elements from Underground though.

The Assignment was good and The Consequence even better. But if you didn't like the main game it is kind of hard to recommend those two.

Seeing as a there are people who do care, this statement is false. Not everyone may care, but enough people do, which is why devs keeping do things this way.
I doubt two different publishers would do that. Regardless if they hired the same dev. SE has done cross promotion with their own games, for example Just Cause 2 and Sleeping Dogs.
If they do that again, it will most likely be with the new Tomb Raider and Just Cause 3. No need for them to team with another publisher.
I doubt they would include a statue of Max and his Ride. Either one or the other. Or two different CEs, one with the car and one with Max.
Edit: Why would pre-ordering give access to Just Cause 3 Demo or whatever that image is implying. Mad Max is being published by WB and Just Cause 3 by Square Enix.

Wrong, Nintendo does release games on Sundays. Mario, Pokemon etc. But yeah non Nintendo games don't drop on a Sunday
