Then play the new things that come out. It isn't like there is a shortage of new games. The amount that release greatly outnumber the remasters out there.

Well The Riddler's Gambit is a prequel so I don't feel like it had to be delayed but the official novelization would be a big spoiler for the game. So pushing it back some more makes sense.
