You are the foolish one, they shut the beta off so they can locate the errors and fix them. Leaving them on must make it more difficult to do so, otherwise they would leave them on.
Once again it is better this mess happens now during a Beta, which is being extended anyway, than happening once the game has launched.
It is a Beta, the point of it is to stress test the servers. Better this happens now tat during launch.

I see no proof from the OP, no link for the video and noting has been confirmed so hold your horses. Not to mention the OP says you can only use the DLC in the race tracks but how the hell are you supposed to see the suit when in the Batmobile the whole time.
