because enough people keep buying it which makes it ok. if people stopped buying unfinished games they would not release them as they have been. same with online subs and dlc prices. people complain and complain but never actually do anything about it. gaming is extremely limited when you actually think about it. you either stick with the big companies or you're even more limited.
mebe people need to start looking at games differently rather than just, "shooting and blowing things up.". everyone's always talking about how videogames are a form of art, so why do they all have to conform to such a generic template? technically there's nothing wrong with the order so far other than people saying it doesn't have enough action. mebe it's supposed to be a different experience. i think people need to be more open-minded when it comes to games now...

this is exactly the reason why indie games and games from small developers are so popular now. they put in more effort and don't blatantly rip you off. not only that, but you can bet your ass all that dlc for this game is already completed and is just being timed for release.
