i don't think anyone is crying over anything. timed exclusives don't matter in the long run because everyone gets to play it eventually. it's just potentially a bad decision business-wise to do so.
i don't see what everyone's making a big deal over... it's gonna be a timed exclusive at the very worse. let ms do whatever they want with their money~ this game isn't make or break for any console anyways.
the only similarity between the two is that they're open-world... the combat and everything else are completely different. may as well compare it to minecraft too~

the entire game is online, so i have no idea wtf you're talking about.
i wish they'd bring back doombots every time they brought back a pvp mode. not everyone likes pvp and there are quite a few people who only play bots.
it would be nice if they just opened the entire game to co-op without the use of bells or the worry of invaders. it already has a co-op feature implemented and they should just let people play this how they want to now. a small gripe but i really wanted normal co-op for this game.

the co-op was fun, but i never really got into it because you needed mp progression to unlock weapons and stuff~
what's even more pathetic is that the people who claimed destiny was so horrible, played hundreds of hours before coming to that conclusion. you can say it's bad all you want, but the fact is that it has a huge community and it's a solid fps. but it's cool to hate on things. i get it.
japan is important because they have a lot of important game devs and influence in the gaming industry.
so: take something that's been free basically since its inception and start charging people for it. yeah, no. that's the bs dlc sh** we have already from publisers. the modding community does it because they like doing it, not to turn a profit. people think everything is about money when some people do things because they legitimately like doing it. i'm sure modders would be grateful for donations(who wouldn't) but they're not busting their asses EXPECTING a payday fro...
sony should fund the spiritual successor to this game. they have both the studios and the install base to make it a huge hit this gen. it would also be nice to shove it in konami's face and show them how stupid they are.
