I understand your point and there is a lot of logic in it. I know the 360 has many great titles coming out next year, but I really can't see most of them matching games like MGS, FF, and GT in both hype and sales. One thing I think you are forgetting however, is that it isnt ONLY the games that sell systems, perceived value plays a large role in what you buy. The only problem I have with people stating that the 360 will keep ahead of the PS3 is that I dont believe that the 360 can keep up ...

I dont get these kinds of comments. Its not like the 360 has sold 30 million more consoles than the PS3. The 360 has sold around 14 million consoles to date. That's hardly impressive and its not too late to make up a 9 million console gap. Especially if you consider the volume of last gen gamers.

Well I am going to wait to get a 360 until they fix their hardware problems. I dont feel like supporting a company that cant build a reliable product, that is my opinion. I know i will be missing out on some good games, but so be it.
It seems to me that MS has a great library of games and it has the possibility of being a great system. I, however, see very little happening with the hardware problems. I want the problem fixed, I dont want it patched (an extended warranty)....

I am going to buy it to deversify my catalog, that is also why I bought a PS3. By this time next year I will have games from every genre imaginable and they will ALL be good (8.0) to great (9.0). If you dont believe me wait a year.
