Agreed, most of all of my best gaming memories came from the single player section of games. Nowadays the sp seems to take a back seat to the mp component, while good single player only games are almost ignored completely.
i think i will be replacing my broken elite with this :D.
I agree with most of your points on kinect, that being until we see some real games that hardcore gamers can sink thier teeth into then gamers will more than likely avoid it like the plague. Move however may draw in the hardcore gamers for motion control games but I think due to the lack of casual games shown, they could serioudly fail to make an impact on the casual market as the wii has and as kinect could even though the prices are a bit more buyer friendly. Imo anyways, but get me a good ...
looks quite nice
Nice little comparison chart, but i'm still on the fence with both kinect and move. Wonder what would happen if wii released a motion camera lol, would like to see how successful both these things are if that happened
indeed, but not all people know how to hack like your namesake ;). unless your actually HSx9, then :o
Tbh it's simple, because its affordable and people enjoy its games and services. I have all this gen's home consoles and i enjoy all of them, but if people are gonna have to pick one for price and quality reasons then i can see why they might pick the 360.
i dunno why you got a disagree, 3rd person team tac and 3rd person cagematch(R.I.P) beg to differ.
Nice bit of info, although the only reason i aint looking forward to 3d is the fact i gotta buy a new tv lol. The thought of the immersion though seems quite cool, even if many will say its just a gimmick.
@ thepro318, he raises a valid point, where as you aint said a single thing in here thats on-topic.
Tbh, the new hardware is untested in the market because its just been launched, and the old models that are shipping are at the peak of design in terms of rrod prevention. It just seems like a safer bet to buy an older model just now. Imo anyway
Actually for a while, the xbox 360's being shipped out have un-hackable drives. But the problem is that its the same drive thats in the new 360s, meaning the modding scene is more than likely going to try harder to hack it.
my thoughts exactly
holy crap, its captain obvious... i jk. but in all seriousness this is common sense. hopefully the next-gen of consoles will be less prone to failure.
I think it will happen, but i'll never pay to play games online. Not at least after i pay for gold on live, that is if i ever replace my broke xbox
you think pc gamers will be safe from this?
I actually just picked up Shift. Very different from the last NFS game that i played (undercover i think). Different in a good way tho :D
While I would say your review score is quite harsh, I can see your point of how repetitive and eventless the game can seem. Tbh I was the same, it just got so boring that I couldnt bring myself to even play the game anymore, thus i traded it in.
I agree, after the first game it just went downhill...
I'll probably rent it though, just to finish it at least
looking forward to this game, might get ps+ if it comes with this beta
I love assassins creed, so the fact that this will be supported after launch is a win for me :). Mind you if its stuff already on the disc again......
