Are you new to Battlelog? As a PC user I can say with Certainty that I have had nothing but issues with it. Random Disconnects as well as periods of being completely down. The macthmaking for squads is laughable at best and only redeeming quality is that it is barely functional.
They come in increments. They are usually all announced at the start of the month with say the first 2 of four replacing the games from the previous month. Then half way through the month the others get added replacing the other two that were added at the same period the previous month. This is all on top of the "welcome" games which are always present (3 Ps3 games + 2 Vita games) and are changed once a year (so far).

The Leon campaign tries to be like older Resi games and does a decent job. Never could get rid of the feeling that it was trying to be an homage to the older games though, instead of actually being like them.
