By comparison those same games would have normally been brought down to 55 from 60 or even 57.

Literally no reason why that would happen. Xbox manages to sell about half of the software that PlayStation sells.
So I playstation sells 6 million copies of a game usually Xbox sells 3million and that's a big deal for 3rd parties.
