@Dirty
Success is determined by revenue not by player count. But whether or not it's a success wasn't the point of my comment.
I don't know if it was a success or not but number of players doesn't make a game a success.
That's for one month. While nice it isn't exactly news that a game sees an uptick in player count during the month of newly released content.
@lightning77
You should just look at the hardware. The base Xbox is vastly inferior to the one x and the one x in gram power is equivalent to the series s. Since all Xbox games are coming to PC they won't demand an SSD and therefore the one x would be able to run all the games at about the same output as the series s if not sometimes higher. Loading times will be a different story but that's it.
It's not my narrative. It's fact. And MS knows this he...
Really? You have an issue with someone pointing out their greater acheuvement after their passing? That's what you have an issue with?
@cobrakai.
I would give it if it was more than just a simulator. Like Forza is more than just a driving simulator.
Flight simulator is pretty...but it's just a simulator. Simulators existed apart from video games. I don't personally categorize them as games. Death stranding basically took a delivery simulator and turned it into a game....which is very different.
Demons souls, ghosts of tsushima say hi.
Both have a strong MP component and neither riddled with passes or nonsense.
What does Microsoft have in terms of multiplayer??? Besides halo and gears of course.
To that I'd say playstation also had uncharted and the last of us MP.
I'm gonna be honest....i fell for his talk last gen and was convinced Xbox would really surprise the industry with the one x and new games. It was indeed all talk.
So far this gen...still all talk. Sony has already released 6 quality games since the launch of the ps5.
Xbox has not done a thing....other than release the weakest console this gen once again.
It'll probably still look sub par considering we already have games like demons souls and returnal and ratchet in this new gen.
Halo infinite still needs to run in very very weak hardware.
Otherwise they wouldve been overjoyed to show the massive improvements and remove the stain of the previous reveal.
Or they could just show something exciting in the campaign and people would be sold on it.
Unfortunately they probably don't have much in the way of exciting. Hope I'm wrong.
Why'd they change the metric?
Hope not. Awful character.
@darkwatchman
I didn't notice anything worse than in the assassin's Creed dialogue.
So that still means it's in the "triple a" area
And what about series s
XSX ...i mean it's pretty close to something else we all know.
You mean it had values. Today's society doesn't have any. One moment something is okay and the next it's a micro aggression. There is no moral standard. It's a freaking zoo...
@axecution
Gamepass is already in windows and steam deck is exactly like a regular PC. Therefore you can install windows and use gamepass on it.
@krog
Visually impressive racing game...hmmm most are visually impressive. Especially if they were to focus mostly in visuals like playground does.
A developer who makes pretty games is not at all similar to insomniac.
I'd argue they'll likely never be on par at all. 5hey make wholly different kinds of games and playground is finally put to the test with fable...albeit an already established franchise with a fan base that will p...
A developer who only makes racing...on par...with...insomniac??
Okayyyy
Cheaty? Why? What's the difference between that and just putting the game down and playing on a different console?
It's funny that because if the state of the game on consoles it's been touted as a complete garbage waste if a game...and yet it's actually a really good game.
