I think their motion picture division is actually one of the strongest, and you probably watch movies made by Sony Studios, so you should add that to your list.
Yeah, that actually makes sense, with R&D for PS4 no doubt. But my point still stands. Sony is a lot bigger corporation than Nintendo. The fact that they made less of a profit in one quarter doesn't effect the state of the gaming division of said companies. The idea that is does is ridiculous. We all know that Nintendo is not in as good of shape as Sony coming into the next generation. Without the handheld market Nintendo would probably looking at ways to soften the blow.
Considering they have been operating at a loss for the last 8 straight quarters, that's not too bad.
It's not relevant, because I'm pretty sure the PlayStation brand made more than all of Nintendo last quarter. It's at least a lot closer. Sony has the mobile and tv division which are operating at a loss bringing down the total revenue for all of Sony, which is a giant corporation.

Good article. My girlfriend is always talking about his kind of stuff and it normally just drives me crazy, but it's nice to see some one actually speaking of video games and gender equality with a positive light. I really love TLOU. An amazing game, not only for portraying men and women with realistic attributes, but for amazing gameplay as well.

I feel like TLOU ruined Infinite for me a little. When I played Infinite I was like, "wow, that was a great game. The gameplay needs some work, but what a great story that I think makes sense in my head." Then I played TLOU, and to me, every part about it was done better than Infinite.
