I'm clearly talking about reviews from the same site. Polygon, is inconsistent in their review process. I should have been clear.
It's not about the score, it's about the inconsistency of the site, man. That is what my whole post is about.
That's not what I said at all. If one game gets a 9 and another one gets a 6, the game at got a 9 should be better than the game that got a 6 overall. It's just logic. Now, I've played the demo of TLOU, and I've played Revelations. It doesn't make any sense for Revelations to have a higher score. No way.
PS, I know I have only played the demo, but you can already tell. Clearly.
I just don't agree with the idea that reviews are opinions. The general consensus is that it's an amazing game. Seeing a 7.5 is going to steer people away. They will say, " I wasn't a big fan of Resident Evil Revalations and that received an 8. So this game must be a worse experience."
The idea of a review should be consistent across all games on a particular site. So if I look at a review of one game that has a 6, I should know that because the next gam...
