Reading comprehension is not your strong suit i see. All it is saying is that games are designed to run in there specific region and each region has their own store. If you actually played a PS3 (you haven't) for more than 10 secs online you would know that you can play with anyone around the world unless a game specifically region locks you.

Lol the only reason forza is so popular is because Americas youth like the ability to stick naruto and sonic all over their cars. Forza does have a robust aesthetic customization suite but real car enthusiasts dont care for that.

Sony did pretty dam good with their conference but the lack of last guardian and FF versus 13 made me a little sad.
