They're basically bringing a dedicated gaming market to any compatible android phone. Not only will devs have incentive to get their games on PS Suite for android, all the suite games will be compatible with the NGP, therefore making it very much a perk to have your game put up on it, whether it be a PS1 classic or indie devs looking for a more organized market (something android lacks, greatly)

I'd rather have 7-8 well balanced maps then 20 okay to mediocre ones.
I'd not go so far as to ban religion, as I doubt every single practitioner is fanatical.
I'd consider myself atheist, but can respect why some people would like to have religion in their lives.
It set the bar fairly high for over the shoulder action shooters, but as a survival-horror? It largely falls short of the best.
