Actually Sony and Nintendo used to do the same thing but since 2006 they count unites sold by the retailer. Verizon would have to not cripple it. They don't like selling phones they can't control.The droid..they crippled the tftp over bluetooth so you can't put ringtones and stuff on it without paying them. they cripple it so you can't easily modify your phone, not unless you use their service which you pay extra for. More like, good job Bioware and EA. MS has nothing to do with the Mass Effect IP anymore. I think the only reason it's a console exclusive is because of contractual obligation from EA side they agreed to when they bought Bioware. No it doesn't. The look they initially had for the site looked and feel way better. It had a more Mass Effecty feel to it.

Fable 2 was a major let down for me so I don't think I'll be jumping on the hype train for this one.
The only game on that list I actually care about and is going to play is Mass Effect 2. The rest os them fall into the category of 'Not interested, might rent them someday'.
