MS are making a big mistake by giving 3rd part developers so much money for console exclusives instead of investing that money in building their own internal dev teams and franchises. As time goes by 3rd party developer will sway away from making console exclusives in order to maximize profits. MS are not thinking ahead and this habit will come back to haunt them.
It's really sad you think Heavy Rain is a game that needs to be bought cheap.
Exactly my thoughts. Developers are just being stubborn kids and don't want to learn how to code for the PS3..."BUT IT"S REALLY HARD"..."WAAAAA, I DON"'T WANT TO LEARN". They still program to the PS3 in the same why they code for the 360. They run all the graphics through the RSX instead of off-loading some of the work to the Cell there by saving them room on the RSX for them to make both versions look the same. No excuse for lazy programing.
I have a feeling Ubisoft will pull another console exclusive with this game. It just seems fishy that they are being coy about which platforms will get this game.

Why would they not care about the revenues? Do you think EA are in this business for the fun of it. It's all about the revenues.
That terminal quest was so easy I don't understand how people have problems with it. They give you a damn proximity detector, what else do you want, for the game to have arrows showing you were you need to go. The game is liner as it is so some diversion is always welcomed.

Big features, changing the way we play games...blah, blah, blah. All fable 2 was a prettier version of it's predecessor with guns, and an annoying dog. A broken online feature which even further lagged up a game with major frame rate problems as it is. Broken, tacked on Co-Up, and some of the cheapest DLC ever (though Oblivion's Horse Armor is still #1).

Video seems ok, the whole thing just came off as one big ad for the game. Granted it's a great game but there still some issues with it. Some characters were kinda stale and dry and the story became someone predicable at the end, and the end boss is beyond cheap. There was just no tactics and squad management as with the ME1 end boss. Never the less I enjoyed my time with it and I am hoping for a full on expansion pack and not just trickle meaningless DLC's here and there.
Obviously the guy didn't read the codex because it explains why you hear everyone in English. They have translators embedded into their brains.Hell, There's even a dialogue scene where Shepard complain about seemingly broken translator. Next time he should research a subject before he complains about it.
It uses a UI built off of the PC one and have slightly better textures. I dealt with frame rate drop on the 360 version and I can sure as hell deal with it on the PS3. It would be cool if they released it as a Mass Effect bundle with the second game. For now I think the best possible answer to the 'Mass Effect on the PS3' question is...Maybe.
I think the Jim Sterling is a disservice to the video game industry. I still don't know why he plays them in the first place. He always just come off as someone who does not enjoy them at all.

Why any self respecting PS3 owner would want to buy another game from the Sega/PG partnership? Bayonetta has clearly proven that PG have no interest in developing games for the PS3 and Sega only showed they they don't care if the version is almost broken and have no interest in QA.
