Like Spec Ops The Line. Gameplay might not be that exciting as other TPS but it does the job and the story is truly amazing.

Arkham City is not a terrible game but I personally I don't think it's as good as Asylum. Sure there was way more fluff for the player to...fluff...but I think that Asylum had more heart and honesty in it. I also think Asylum had better art direction. DOn't get me wrong Arkham City looked great but everything just looked the same. It didn't have that uniqueness that Asylum had going between the different sections and areas of the Island.

Well if the "rumored" specs hold true then it would reduce cost because it will eliminate the need for porting.

This is getting disgusting.

I am playing the pc version and I'm talking about fixing the damn math in this game. I'm so frustrated that 100% shot misses for some odd reason. There are also numerous graphical bugs, mostly concerning floaters. It also wont hurt to fix the damn enemy spawns on escort missions.

Where's the f#$king update? Why is Firaxis talking dlc and not talking game patches?

"Arguable the greatest collaboration of talent this gen."

Naughty Dog says hi!

Nice job. I have a feeling this game will develop the cult following the Thief games get.

I can't wait for next gen when websites like this one will become obsolete since both the next Xbox 720 and the PS4 will use an almost the same GPU/CPU combo.

On any case the versions have slight variations but nothing to tip the scale in one direction. This game is about art style and atmosphere and not about fidelity.

PS: Went with the PC version myself.

Nice to see them playing to the strengths of each console. This video doesn't really show it but from other videos I've seen it looks like the PS3 has better draw distance textures then the 360 while the 360 has better looking water effects. On the performance side it seems the PS3 has some screen tear and a few hiccups but from that I understand those are far and few in between so again no big deal.

As far as which version to get, console wise, then it really comes ...

I agree with you on the point that the initial 4-8 hours of the game does an awful job grabbing the player. I remember when I played the thing that turned me completely off were the quests. So many were thee just the old and boring MMO type fetch quests, or the "Collect this much/Kill this many". After 15 hours I just couldn't keep going. Had to turn it off and after a month of not playing it I uninstalled it.

You can't really blame gamers for going with an established franchise then taking a risk with a somewhat unknown developer and a game that you don't really know. $60 is a lot of money for a game so of course people will buy a game they've been anticipating for the last 4 years.

How come Gamers and Publications are not on that list?

5124d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Yes I know that.

I was merely mentioning just how lackluster of reception it got from gamespot given how how much they liked the GRAW series.

I fully intend on playing this game when the PC version gets to be about 35-40 bucks and I really hope the PC version is a good port and not just another crappy console port.

TBH I never really liked the PC versions of the GRAW games but seeing how this time around the game is the same on all three pl...

Yikes.

While I don't consider a score of 7.5 as a bad game I excepted this Ghost Recon Game to score higher given how they gave GRAW a 9.2 and GRAW 2 an 8.7.

Wouldn't this game be the first one to connect two games of different genre into a single persistent universe?

I wonder. If they make this work and get the shooting mechanics right CCP might pull off the biggest thing to come to consoles this generation. Can you imagine a "Burn Jita" event with coordinating ground and aerial troops on two separate games and on two separate platforms.

I don't think it should have been pure Third Person. I liked the 1st person/3rd person combo and I think it worked great. Gave Deus Ex a new spin while keeping up with it's roots.

Besides, if they went all out 3rd person then I think then entire Deus Ex community would have lynched them, literally. You do not want to piss off Hard Core Deus Ex fans. They make Diablo 2 purists look like bickering school girls.

I find it ironic that some of his darkest moments in life is a direct result of a game called...DIABLO!!!!!

MUWHAHAHAHAHA

Where's her Hot Topic name tag?

So sad to see the developer go down the same road as other ones and just going for pure sex appeal. Why even call her Harley Quinn anymore.

I've been following this game for a while now. Mostly because the developers seem to be interested in making a military shooter with a god story and narrative to it. As a big fan of Heart of Darkness I am really looking forward to this game.
