Thanks for the advice, I'm still pretty stuck though. I definetly want to play Folklore but I do not rent and I refuse to buy used. I want to support the devs and up the attach rate on the PS3 so Im stuck.
Yea freaking right. I'm pretty sure that MGS4 will blow this out of water without even trying. This wouldn't even be a competition, be serious.
I'm still debating on DMC4 or Folklore. I know that I would prolly enjoy both but I'm still pretty bitter at Capcom for making DMC4 multiformat.

it was. If you bought the original version of the game there are ridiculously long check point and buying extra health took an obnoxiously long time. You had to almost play the whole game twice sometimes to get enough orbs to level up. I quit playing because it became to much of a hassle and was unenjoyable. If they have addressed these things in 4 I may just pick it up.
even be behind the curve this time. Its inappropriate for a company of this size to not be able to adequately handle the PS3 architecture after a year. They aren't doing a good job if they are still making excuses.
is it worth buying? I have played every DMC and I just don't want to spend $60 and have it turn out like Halo 2.5. Is the game what it should be to be called next gen and deserve my money?
got a hold of the upcoming GDC lineup. I don't know if I trust her but I'd love to see Resistence 2 in action.
and this could cut the cost of the system by using less parts. Its feasible but history says its not likely probable.
in the new Game Informer or whatever mag had the big Resistance 2 preview that Resistance 2 would also now include a cover system. I want both and am dieing to hear more about them!

I may have just lost interest in the series because I'm not hearing enough fresh and exciting things about 4. Besides Capcom are backstabbing liars and the 360 doesn't deserve this series.
I guess you know your doing something right when people start comparing two exclusive shooters on your console to each other. I'm getting both and I hyped about both. Can't wait to hear more out of either camp.
