Beans first off you have obviously have not whatched a gundam series before so I doubt you would understand this game is good. Secound even though I have not played a gundam game before because Bandai have never relaesed a gundam game in Australia yet I can tell this is better then the other gundamgames that I have heard of before. Third there is a Gundam game that is going to be releaased for the 360 however that game will not be as good as this one from what I can tell so far, especially si...

I am glad that the release of the PS3 in Europe,UK and Australia and New Zeland is still on track. Altough I would have to agree with post #2 since that is what happend with the 360, every one in in the UK and Europe got there 360 while we had to wait about 3 months only to eventually here it being delayed another month when it came out around the end of March.

I hope that when the PS3 gets released here in Australia we get all the games that are available at the US launch as well and then some. If all the games on this list get released at the launch here in Australia then there will at least be 27 games on launch. This would make a bigger launch line up here then the the 360 launch which from as far as I could tell would be less with the majority of games on the 360 at launch being only FPS and PC port games.

If this is true then it is hardly a supprise since the PS3 is region free and if it is being released in march then there is no real reason for it to be region locked on the 360.

P.S, why is this article not in the PS3 section as well.

"Australian gamers most recently had to suffer through a next-generation console shortage earlier this year when the Xbox 360 launched in March."
Possible shortage of supplies for the Australian release of the Wii is not a big supprise infact I wouldn't be supprised of it being delayed here in Australia, although this will be highly unlikely with Nintendo.

"Within days of the official launch on March 23, 60GB Xbox 360 bundles had all but sold out across th...

If we go buy the way Kingdom Hearts 2 is being released then It could take up to six months from the US release or hopefully we would get it by the end of the year, but square-enix has not said anything about the release so this is just a guess.

This Game looks and sounds great so far, now if here in Australia they would package this game with a premium 360 for $500 then I would buy it,after I get the PS3 of corse.

I do think this game could sell well in Japan and might influence more people in Japan to pick up a 360, although I think Gundam Operation Troy will be a game more likely to get people in Japan to get a 360.

The good news here is that since both the PS3 Mobile Suit Gundam Target in Sight and the Xbox 360 Gundam Operation Troy will be playable demos we will be able to see how each one stacks up together and which one is better.

Cant this guy say something that we don't know already or hasn't been said before.

"McLean hinted that Microsoft would unveil some retail-focused strategies this holiday season to entice gamers who had money saved up for a PS3 to switch to an Xbox 360 instead."

No thanks I think I will spend my hard earn cash on a HDTV plus a few other things.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooo!

Now that I have got that out of my system. I am not supprised since, MS did the same type of thing here in Australia. This is no difference to the release of anything else here in Australia in relation to games.

Unlike MS, Sony owns a lot of patterns in MPEG4 codecs, where it is the other way around VC-1 codecs. Being that a lot of the Movies on Blue-ray have been released by Sony or Sony owned Companies they would naturally be using MPEG4 to keep the profits to them self, where like Warner Brothers and 20th Century Fox are not owned by Sony.

Each Final Fantasy Game is different, you should at least take a good look at FFXII, FFXIII and FF Versus XIII. But if you still dont want to get those games then no big deal.

Exactly Sony Is one out of ten manufacturers also the fact that they are not shipping anymore blue diodes means that they are just trying to hord alot of diodes so they can make sure they can produce enough PS3.

I know that there are shortages, I didn't say that sony had or had not started production of PS3, Also I don't relly care for Blue Ray and HD-DVD movies but I am okay with the fact that they have the Blue Ray Drive with the PS3.

I guess this could also be some bizzare marketing stratagy by Sony aming at making the other production lines for the HD-DVD look stupid or something.

Did anyone actaully read the article instead of jumping on the PSZero Sucks and Xflop rulz argument. The way I see this is it is good news for the PS3, bad news for BD, HD-DVD and Mircrsofts HD-DVD external drive.
