Until the 360 with the new hardware and HDMI becomes available here, and Eternal Sonata as well as Lost Odyssey is available I wont be buying it, but that is just what I am wating for.
My personal oppinion is this won't have much of an effect on sales here just like the PS3 because, these prices cuts have already been done here already buy the shops, as well as they have alot of package deals already.
Square Enix dosen't have the time for doing a remake at this time for the reasons that, Tetsuya Nomura is probably considered there main person to be in charge of these types of projects because of his success with the Kingdom Heart series. At the moment he is working on FFVSXIII and is probably going to have his hands full with the next Kingdom Hearts based game that we have been hearing about then followed the third actual sequel to Kingdom Herats 2.

Sorry but I can not belive you are comparing a SD Video to the real thing. So download the Demo, thats if you have a PS3 and a HDTV.
I was not refering to the HDMI specifically, perhaps should have stated that I was simply refering to the fact that that microsoft and I would have to say all three companies treat us here in Australia like we are the dog who you give your left over scraped food to.
This game is going to be sweet, especially since I downloaded the Japanese demo day one.
I live in Australia and if Microsoft keep this up in the long then they are going to start loseing consumers.
Maybe you should try and watch some other Anime like Gundam and Robotech and not Sailor Moon.

Except instead of droping the price they might instead keep the price for the 60gig version here in Australia and then release the 20gig version not the 80 version, since I remember even before the PS3 was launched here in Australia I remeber a rumor that some time between September and Christmas we would see the 20gig here in Australia. This would not only technical lower the price but be garanted to sell a lot of consoles here.
The only reason they are dropping it here in Australia at the end of August is because before the starter pack most shops were giving pack deals that were just as good as this one or better depending on what you wanted for close to the price of the PS3. So Sony are probably thinking, that the shops can fit the bill for the money buy selling more consoles with a good value pack deal while Sony can continue to make the full money off the PS3 and making money on games and peripherals.
Nintendo is probably not comming to these confrences anymore because of they are now focusing on the casule gamer which does not pay attention to these events. So it would make more sense to release the information for the hardcore gamers on the internet or through game magazines where 100% of hardcore gamers get their information from.
This game to me looks like Sony's online answer to Microsoft's Viva Pinata game, only it looks way better in my opinion.

Has anyone noticed the older picture of Nariko looks like animation fron a very well done animated show. while the new picture makes here look more like a living person.
Exactly, it seems that everyone these days only care about the next best AAA titles, and not a game which is a decent title, sure it has its falts but it still is a good game.

I agree with you on the attach rate for Playstation gamers since I usally only get at least 2 to 4 games per year which is why I think the attach rate for consoles can be usless at times.
This is great news, I cann't wait for this next KH game it would be great if they did it release on the PSP.
I can only Imagine what news for this game that they will be telling us about the game at the Tokyo Game Show.

I am not saying that the 360 wont be able to make back some groud but to say that the PS3 is going to get slaughtered is just stupid. Oh and buy the way if your so concerned about sales then according to these numbers then you should watch out for the Wii because it is going to overtake the 360 in world wide sales.
