It's being made by the same team responsible for Dark Sector. Do I really need to remind people how absolutely atrocious that game was? While I'm happy this series is getting a sequel, I will watch from the sidelines.
What?...
But it's Tecmo's decision, not Sony. It's kind of funny to me how people immediately blame Sony for things that they don't have any control over. lol
This was an editors typo. The author corrected the post title. Of course Tecmo own the IP, not Sony.
Who cares, Killzone 2 was great and Killzone 3 looks to continue the trend. This is why a numerical scoring system sucks.
I drive a car, I play videogames. If I hit someone with my car, the headlines would likely read "Videogame enthusiast kills Civilian in car"
At the end of the day, the people who commit these crimes are animals. There's no "oh, he was bullied as a child" BS (although in this case, the 16 year old still IS a kid) there's no "society made him bad" crap. At the end of the day, we all have choice. We're able to make our own decisions and ...
Good ol' Media Molecule.
A lot of it is gibberish due to translation. But, it sounds like they'll be reusing the same engine from BC2 and including slightly bigger maps and more aerial combat.
Of course. I loved 1942, enjoyed Vietnam, didn't care for 2142, had a bad experience with BF2, enjoyed BC and still play BC2 and BC2V to this day. BC2(and Vietnam expansion) are certainly the best in the series for me. The games as a whole have generally come across as 'not quite finished' and I seem to be the only one who notices the inconsistencies with BF2 but hey, haters gonna hate! Even if I do think the game at it's core is very good.
I dunno Malebaria. I had an absolutely shocking bad experience with Battlefield 2. I bought it on release day, and for the course of around 2-3 years I had nothing but issues with it. The game was wildly inconsistent weapon wise. Seemed like there was a new patch each week, bigger than the last, usually fixing stuff introduced from the one before it. Terrible falling damage, laggy, glitchy, took forever to load in.
And this was on multiple PCs, new hardware, formatting and so...
Jets, sure...but realism? We know absolutely nothing about the game other than it's coming. If the previous games in the franchise are anything to go by, it will be anything but realistic.
So basically Bad Company 2 with more aerial combat? Let's face it, it's hardly going to mix up a formula that worked really well with the Bad Company games.
Still exciting I guess. We'll see more at GDC. Although I wonder why EA keeps putting this orange glow around their soldiers bodies...
Can't be worse than the crap that Activision shoveled in PS3 owners faces. Good riddance I say. This sends a better message to Activison than any hate article ever could.
I've not heard of any lag issues as of yet.
Or else what exactly? You only notice a difference if you're shown direct comparisons. The game is still the same, is it not?
I know the author of the first video (GamerDuality)
Thanks for making this video more aware. I posted the same video (and it was also approved) http://n4g.com/news/689571/...
But hey, the more views this gets the better. I happen to know the creator of this map personally. He's thrilled with the amount of attention it's received!
Toilets in SWAT 4 are far worse.
Well it wasn't. A good game, don't get me wrong, but there have been better CoD games.
(Thank you for the feedback by the way)
This was a pain in the ass to fill out but I did it anyway...
