@No_Limit
You do realise that the attach rate for all games is pretty much the same across the PS4/XB1 right? Using Ubisoft's sales as an overall representation is just dumb.
For such a broke company, they're really kicking the competition's sweet little ass.

Seems like everything is being blamed on The Order 1886. "Bloodborne not being marketed by Sony because of The Order 1886".
"If The Order 1886 flops the PS4 will suffer".
What is next? "Is The Order 1886 the sole reason why world hunger exist?".
@GenuineGamer
I wish people would say that about games...
People probably are disagreeing because we haven't seen any real results, it is ALL talk and nothing more so far.
I think Naughty dog worked as an indie dev and then started making games for EA then was later acquired by Sony.
Except those mmos never came to the playstation... Face it, SOE prioritised PCs over the PS4. They were one of Sony's biggest studios (employing between 500-1000) and they just weren't making cash for Sony.
"Despite being around for over two years on PC, PlanetSide 2 has only recently become profitable, according to Sony Online Entertainment president John Smedley."
I know right? I'm still waiting for demon souls on PC but you know what? I have a feeling it'll come in the next decade!

Didn't they post a profit for 2014 FY though? It seemed all divisions posted a profit including mobile and their TV for the last few quarters, and their TVs haven't seen profit in over a decade.
2014 FY reports doesn't mean that its smooth sailing from then on but it shows that they might be able to turn it around in the future. Isn't this what years of restructuring does? Sony is holding every division accountable for their losses. PC? Gone. TV? Spun off int...
@christocolus
"The TR Reboot was rated higher than uncharted3 by many reviewers"
"i never said TR beat out UC based by review scores."
What does your definition of "rated higher" mean?
@TheCommentator
Did I say Sony doesn't have financial problems? They do, are they fixing it? Yes, they are.
Lets see what has happened in the last few days okay?
First, their latest financial report has shown a massive surge in profit across all divisions. TV/mobile have shown profit for the last three quarters (Sony's TVs have NOT seen profit in over a DECADE).
Since posting their financial reports, SNE skyrocket...
"Sony can't afford to buy anything at the moment"
"Sony got that money by selling off parts of their company"
Huh? They have like nearly 150bil worth of assets kid. Maybe, just maybe they might think that selling that one small asset to help increase production of CMOS sensors will help boost profits since they're now supplying Apple, Xiaomi & Samsung these cameras?
Ignorance? How ironic, back up your statement with facts before you make bold claims kid.
Yes, that is why they're investing 800mil into cmos sensor production genius. >.>
Yes because cutting cost always means laying people off...

I don't know if you're joking or not, but have you even seen their latest financial report? Every division is profitable for this year, even the things that anchored them down (Mobile/TV) has seen a bit of profit.
They lost 1billion because of the cost of exiting the PC business, downsizing their mobile division (redundancy packages etc) and spinning off the TV division into a separate company (Sony Visual Products).
Sony are still in their restructuring phase and are expected to have completed this by sometime early this year. 2015 fiscal year will provide a more accurate picture of how Sony is going to do in the future.
Why? Its not like if they don't change it now it'll be impossible to change later... Once demand for the PS4 begins to slow they'll start lowering the price.
It's called marketing dude.. All major games do this if they want to sell.
