I can say without a shadow of a doubt that the only thing original about this game is the storyline. Everything else about this game screams "God of War", from the way the levels are mapped out, to the way tutorials are presented in-game. I find the graphics and gameplay to be SUPERB. This game is BEYOND excellent and if you loved the first 2, I don't see why anyone wouldn't love the 3rd (especially if this old demo is anything to go by)
The only issue i have (which is slight considering the game doesn't release for another 4 months and can be ironed out, is the framerate. It doesn't seem as smooth as say Uncharted 2 or Metal gear Solid 4. Once they iron that out, this game will be MONSTROUS.

I agree with this completely, but I think there's a better way of going on about it. I'd compare the full retail of Forza 3 and GT5 before comparing Forza 3 demo and GT5 demo. Same with other games in the same genre (or even multiplatform games).

I really don't see the jaggies everybody sees (much like I dont see the jaggies in Uncharted and Uncharted 2). Must be how I have my TV calibrated and the fact that I sit about 5-7 feet from my TV. But in any event, I think with everything put together, Forza 3 looks great (definitely an upgrade from Forza 2 when graphics and driving physics are concerned). Its just, Gran Turismo 5 just looks greater (well IMO at least). I dont know about the driving and AI in GT5 since GT5P is all I have...
Owning both NFS: Shift & the FORZA 3 demo, I think that Forza 3 looks much better than Shift (handles a whole lot better too).. but Shift's c*ckpit view is better than Forza's as it doesn't bring you outside of the car when using the right stick to view. Other than that.. Shift doesn't hold a candle to Forza 3's demo
