I wasn't even aware there were any problems... then again I'm not in the XMB much so who knows
The lag is why I didn't bother playing much of it online.. just wasn't my cup of tea. Resistance 2 on the other hand... LOADS of fun on and offline. Twitch style is just my preference

even though I still have the PS2 versions of God of War 1 and 2 that work in my PS3, consider this collector's edition PURCHASED! It already looked great at 480p on my TV (for a PS2 title) I can't begin to imagine anti-aliased 720p image!
It's an addicting game. But you guys are shooting up Blue Magic if you think it looks miles better than GTA IV
BS. They will not ban you for playing this game early if it's retail. If they have such a problem with it.. they should come down on the retailers that sold it and not the consumer who spent money at the store for it. This would be a completely different ball game if we were talking about a pirated copy, then by all means... Ban. But not for a retail game.

If I can buy a game that I want.. early, I do it. I had Halo 3 a week before release... Gears 2 a day before release... NBA 2k8 4 days before release.. NBA 2K9 3 days before release.. etc.. and I've yet to be banned. I highly doubt MS will ban people for buying retail games early... Pirated games are understandable.. but bootleg? No way.
If someone is only into the gaming and only like what MS has to offer exclusive wise... then I can understand why the 360 would look like the better value but... at $299 vs $299 you get more bang for your buck with a PS3 (wifi & blu ray specifically)
Rewind is a feature i'll NEVER use. But I can not WAIT for this to drop.
Forza 2 has pit stops. If you crashed and mangled your bumpers or wings off, and was able to make it to a pit stop, your car would somewhat be fixed but not cosmetically... and ur car would still sorta run like crap (if i recall correctly as far as performance goes)... but a pitstop doesn't make your car into the cosmetic beauty it was at the start of the race

Though Arkham Asylum is a great game (best batman game I've played since Batman and Robin on the snes) its going to have stiff competition such as ACII, Halo ODST, Killzone 2, etc.
