I own Metroid Prime 3 and play it for about 2-3 hours a session. It's pretty much the same thing as holding a Zapper maybe even more, as both hands have to be held up with MP3...at least I do

The average Human being can go through a moderately intensive workout regimen lasting around 8 - 10 minutes without needing to take a break. I don't think holding your arms on your lap or stretching them out is any sort of exercise that will have you so terribly exhausted by 5 minutes that you will need a break
