Wow this is the ultimate question. Chrono Trigger brought me into the RPG world, yet Final Fantasy 6 perfected story telling without the need of the follow the leader BS. I'd have to say both equally.
Disney got involved.
The root issue is the guy didn't fully read the ToS to know his actions will cause him to lose what he purchased online. Too many people are having a debate regarding what is considered hate speech, and why it's good/bad he lost his digital library; instead of actually seeing what the main problem is.
Whether I agree with Sony, the community, and/or the guy's actions is irrelevant - the point is had the guy read the ToS he would have thought a second time befor...
"You might not agree with my actions since I know you’re not a racist, but I am and I don’t care. [It’s] fun to talk shit online and most people are racist anyway, plus those terms are thrown around like hotcakes, so who gives a shit." (From the article)
People like this is why I hate playing online most of the time. This article isn't so much about digital licensing, it's more about keeping toxic behavior offline. Also reading the ToS helps so situation...
The root issue here is parenting. Parents these days rely on media and entertainment as a babysitter and educator instead of monitoring their children on what's appropriate for their household.
To Sony Cali - Stop catering to the lazy, and allow developers to implement options for their audience. At least if there's options on censorship it's up to the household, not the company. Just because a few vocal people out there hate certain types of games doesn...
I only approved the article because countries like Iraq have 0 right to complain about "Addictions in gaming" when they have other issues at hand which are far more addictive (like their strict religious stance). So kids want to play online to escape the harsh realities of what's going on over there? And the end quote really made perfect sense (rolls eyes).
I don't live in the Middle East so I can't speak from experience, however I can say to vote ...
"This is the From Software way, and it’d be wrong for them to lose their unique identity solely because outsiders or naïve admirers want to hop aboard the bandwagon." I stopped reading after this line.
I'm not going to call out the author on this, but rather those who debate the "From Software doesn't need to cave in" fan base. Outside trolling, there are (and will be) gamers who want something different, and will not have an idea what typ...
I don't support games that's already planning on post content before initial release. It's debated when situations like this occur if it's cut content or something else entirely. I don't like the idea of buying a game knowing there's already planned post content before release.
And before people start spouting "all games have post content, your point is moot" I've played plenty of games where there were free post launch content, or n...
"Note that all four of these campaign add-ons will be available within a year of the game's launch, and the Season Pass itself will be a part of the Super Deluxe Edition and the Collector's Edition." From the article
The fact of knowing there's a Season Pass before release means I'll wait to buy the game; if I decide to buy the game. I'm a big fan of 1, 2 I didn't care for as much, and Pre-Sequel gave me motion sickness so I couldn't ...
Baby Goku
Dead Goku pre Vegeta

Goku and Vegeta FighterZ, but yes I agree. There's so many other characters, story arcs, and newer experiences, yet keep recycling the majority of the roster. I'd like it better if they condense the roster to select the character, then select the version you want so the extra spaces can be for other characters.
Mine's a toss up between Koopa, Akuma in SST2 Turbo, and Liquid Snake
Koopa because he's always kidnapping the princess (even Donkey Kong gave up after a while)
Akuma when you unlock how to fight against him in Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo, and boy is he a pain in the g- damn ass!
Liquid Snake because of one of the ultimate plot twists in gaming of all time. To prevent spoilers I'll say play the original MGS on PS1.
Gives them a day to experience The Division 2 for pre-ordering it?
No online and can play infinite times.
Here we go again...
There's far more issues in the US that requires our attention, and video games is on their agenda?
My question is what do people actually get offended over? To scream "I'm offended" without reason is nothing more than trolling. Anyways if you're that offended over a video game, ignore and play something else.
Being a black guy, it takes A LOT for me to get offended. Why? Because I grew up with a tough skin, and these people who scream "offense" don't know what it's like to be offended. Also, those who are racist/prejudiced have lo...
*Loads up an offline game where I can farm the same chest infinite times without fear of being banned*
YouTube or not, this is a practice in gaming since the NES days. Either patch the chest, adjust the drop rate(s) of whatever is in the chest, and/or make the item(s) obtainable through other means so players have options. Situations like this is why I'm highly picky of what I play online because anything these days can be classified as an exploit, cheat, and/or ruini...
@dj
I know what grinding is, and Overwatch is a time sink in grinding for skins.
I want a remaster of Sonic Drift 2 from the Game Gear.
