The PS2 is my favorite console. The jump in graphics was amazing and it was also the first DVD player we had. And the library of games was never dull, so many amazing games.
As suspected, it's another gimmick attempt that will not be as powerful as the current competition and leagues behind the Neo and especially the Scorpio. So bye bye again to proper 3rd party support and it'll be another console that only the hardcore Nintendo fans will support.
It's supposed to be $149, going head on with the Rx 470.
Are you playing co-op? I just recently beat the game and co-op is where it shines imo. I can't wait for the sequel this year .
For a first time builder, there are a lot of options and research that will go into the task, but if you're willing to put in the effort and watch a couple YouTube videos it's not that hard. Once you've built 1 PC, any subsequent builds or mods get so much easier.
If building a PC isn't your thing, you can buy a gaming PC, ibuypower sell very good quality gaming PCs with an extremely low markup.
After you have your PC ready to go, ...
I had totally forgotten about it, it's been like 2 years since the settlement was approved lol.
I got my check :)
I've been looking at ultrawide 1440p monitors lately. As my eyes get older, that higher resolution is less strain on them so I'm looking to upgrade. They're just too damn expensive right now though. Maybe there will be some nice Black Friday deals that push me over the edge.
As for the games, I think more and more games will support 21:9 as time goes on. The games that do support it look incredible.
Why? Because you think we all played it? I haven't yet, is it too late for me?
Better than the 970, effectively killed it.
I'm not surprised, the deals were very good this time around. I bought a few games for me and a couple for my son too.
I'm still waiting for the 3rd party Rx 480s to release. With 8 GB vram and better DX12 support Amd is the way to go imo.
A few years ago I got about 3/4 through and put it down and never went back. Right now I'm playing Child of Light, once I finish that I'll probably go back to Limbo. Inside looks even better though.
It's "should have" or "should've" , not "should of". You sir, "should have" paid attention in English class.
Every benchmark right now is also comparing a reference card (rx 480) to 3rd party cards with superior cooling and mature drivers. Just wait a couple months and the rx480 benchmarks will only get better. Already though it's an insane value.
I'm getting one, but I'll skip the reference. I'll wait till there are 3rd party cards with better coolers.
Hmm, what does this do for me and others who bought this game. I don't play it anymore, but still.
Really?!? I didn't hear that and I'd be so disappointed if that were true. Imo, Crackdown is sp first and foremost, add co-op if anything.
I didn't even know about this game. It's an awesome surprise for sure. I guess that's why they were giving away Limbo for a free download on Steam the other day. My wallet is hurting from the summer sale though.
@MatrixxGT, with the whole Craigslist and the like, I agree. Too many lowballers and flakes. I buy from there, but rarely sell because of this issue.
As for Ebay, I sell quite a bit on there. Just a tip, never do auctions for popular items. Not only do you have to deal with slow/non payers, but many times you get less than what you want and reserves tend to turn off bidders. I always sell with the "buy it now" option with immediate payment required and ...
