its pretty good pinball simulater, has multiplayer scoreboards so it can be somewhat competitive.
it more like a god of war meets zelda type of game. both genres i like so ill pick it up eventually.
will actually lose some matches now with ppl coming back.
does not help the drm problem. They need to make it more of a quality game economy. If a game is good they should be able to charge more, if it is bad then ppl pay what they think its worth. They could even make it somewhat reasonable with alternate pay options, such as pay-as-you-use for ppl that get sick of a game after 2 days.. make it $1/day unlimited play uptu 6 hrs or w/e
Doesnt use the old memory sticks, I guess that alone makes it a no-buy for me. I have a xbox 360 arcade w 60gb and a 20gb launch ps3 already. If I get another console it will probably be another ps3, mostly because 20gb w backward compatabity is used for alot of retro gaming and a new one could be more of a media machine.
If you look at it like a magazine subscription it makes more sense. They would give game demos and access to certain things with magazines... well in ps+ you get free games, Qore (basically an e-magazine), and discounts and early access treatments. Ppl are more than willing to pay for these things. From the content already offered I think the highlights are WipeoutHD and crittercrunch. It makes even more sense if you have a psp and enjoy classic ps1 titles because there is even more offer...
The only ppl that complain about it couldnt get past the bridge level, probably because they suck at video games in general.
swords and subterfuge go together better than most of you will admit.
Imo.
I think the point of the comment was that 3d isnt as important as ppl hype it to be. 1080P is sure great, but realistically the adoption rate for 1080p televisions has only started to pick up and a majority of gamers are using sub hd screens. To push 3d tech as this point in time is not only way ahead of the game, it could completely miss the mark and pull a sega dreamcast.
Obviously. Its pretty simple when you compare the games that are coming down the pipe... You know awsome games like kinectimals lul.
has p2p since he thinks xbl is the superior of the alternatives. It really is too bad they havent invented a way to falconpunch ppl through the internet.
are miles better than its alternatives. Just for the mw expansion packs ppl are going to be paying roughly $30 on xbl and on psn 5 ppl can get them for that same price.
for the last 10 years.
It just wouldnt be cod without another rubber band being tied to the noob tube button also.
generate revenue for sony to dip into the game rental market, as well as promoting new content (Qore, betas, lineage-esque ps1 titles, dlc for current titles). Understandably, not everyone will want a game rental service or a discount program for buying digital only content. I am glad they give the option to play online at no cost as well as P Plus for those that do much more than play online.
on ps1 system link. There werent many titles that supported the saturn link, i think of the titles i own only daytona ce edition.
when the dual shock wasnt working for my ps2, found it it was a short fuse that need a quick easy solder. As far as disassembly of a ps3, its not as straightforward as it has many more parts and unless its something simple like fixing a psu or replacing a hdd your better off having someone fix it.
-trophies
-split screen coop multiplayer
-ranking system
-lag free and simple to get into
-competitive
-ingame customizable music tracks
This was all back from a 2007 title. Pretty amazing, imo.
is the man. He is right, comic artists have been fighting this fight for a long time and he would know for sure.
