With the addition Sony keeps adding to psn, I can see things swinging to ps3. They could really knock out the competition if they would launch a cloudservice for ps1, ps2 and psp titles. I cant see how this has been ignored by everyone except maybe quakelive.
And with 3d content on the horizon, along with NGP the 5 year anniversary and e3 could be pretty epic this year.
Thats a game that I think is better with a controller.
I never understood why pc elites complain so much about weapon wheel layouts and having such ultra precision. It takes away from the immersion and challenge when you can headshot the enemies 5 times before they fire twice.

They could fix stuff like this by giving a hour demo for all game content as try before you buy. imo.
As for the hackers and the longterm effect of this, it just means the exploits will be fixed and more incremental and pain in the ass fw upgrades from sony.
The game is pretty good, One thing it had that surprised me is a mode where you tell your racer when to paceup/down/pass and you dont have to physically drive the vehicle. Its almost like an rpg in a way because you level up. Regardless, the game feels very complete and has alot of surprises, even for someone like me who played all the other Gran turismos.
Haters are gonna hate... specially when its not a first person shooter without "call" or "of duty" ...

Some people prefer a compact, more mobile psp. It also has bluetooth with is a nice bonus.
I hope xbox live or psn go more like steam in the future, or they make cross platforming possible.
I put over 25 hours into that game and altho a large part of it was farming materia to make uber gear setups the majority of the gameplay was new content and story.
psp, movies, comics ps1 classics and more. If the device could play ps2 content and be a phone that would be the teets.

Specially when it comes to multiplat titles, they were the staple of why ps2 dominated. I can maybe understand if you werent a Sony Ps3 Fan in 2006, when it was basically warhawk, resistance and a bunch of buggy multiplat games like sports titles and orange box, but this is 4 years later and there is a solid lineup of great games. I dont think ps3 will be as dominant as ps2 was. If anything, the greatest factor pulling ps3 up from 3rd is that it offers more diversity and has to fight harde...
Im pretty sure it will be the best title for ps3 and Im guessing I will at least put 1,500 hours of gaming into it specially if it has fine tuning and level editors.
xbl singleplayer edition. The only real advantage ive seen from paying for online multiplayer is that people cant make multiple accounts and ruin free for all games in codmw2 with tac inserts.

And roughly, the wii has 15 million lead on xbox 360, and almost 20 mil lead on ps3... so the numbers wont even out any time soon specially if the wii is still selling, even at a much slower pace than 08-09.

I really dont understand why sony doesnt praise all the efforts of the homebrew community because they push some really needed features, even before sony put them on the psp. Things like gps, utilities and organizers that would typically be on a pda phone device would be perfect on a psp, er psp2.
