If they said 8 to 16 gb, its 8 to 16gb.
Thats 4 to 8 gb retail.
Which makes sense, as 4gb is generally accepted today for high end games.

Apparently, the update is for a video that plays upon the next start up of the console. Its a video of Shigeru Miyamoto reassuring you 3 optimized wii cores will suffice for next gen. Then he is joined on the screen by Mario that reaffirms this.

My point is this, Square Enix cancelled Versus, but their dangling it in front of us to lure us to buy FF V13-3..
Fact is, they were moaning this gen is dragging on for too long.. without an announcement on a Versus release date at this point.. its becoming painfully clear its been canned...
