The specs I listed may be wrong, but granted msft want it to be a cable set top box Xbox 720 for under $400.. Goodluck thinking it will be more powerful than a PS4 made solely to game.

Im one of the old fans that got shafted here when it released, I expected to see loads of trolling reviews on metacritic.. to my surprize, there werent, There were genuine people stating why they hated it, that couldnt understand the praise is garnered from the big sites..

The biggest leap between the generation Xbox-Xbox 360 were shaders. Next gen, The important thing is to get that 1080P / 60FPS locked down with great Anti Aliasing and massive worlds. So Bioware, shut up and make Mass Effect 4 with a Mako and travelling to different worlds.
Have to say it, its why ME1 had the best gameplay. Next gen may not be a huge graphical leap, but it sorts out the problems we had this gen.
I think blu ray in itself for PS4 and Xbox 8 helps too.

Next Xbox to use "Intel CPUs" and they think that would let it be $400? LOL.
Its 8 core, but it aint Intel. Even if they made it 8 Intel Atom cores and got a discount for buying bulk, thats pricey without even factoring in the GPU, Ram and MBoard.
Rather Msft throw in a nice Enthusiast 8 Series AMD GPU and loads of ram than waste time on a pricey Intel setup.
Apart from the Alpha Durango kit, every rumor says AMD is making parts all round next gen.
ME3 = dynamic weather, dynamic time, enviromental damage. Full HD and 60FPS. All thanks to Frostbite game engine :)
