So if you don't mind me asking, what did you do at max level? If youre doing any max level content then thats considered end game. And if you didn't do max level stuff, then what exactly did you do for 3 years?

He's not backtracking...ubisoft dropped a PUBLIC demo, for EVERYONE to see the game...it was PR (public relations). Exactly. The game doesn't really start until max level. Sure leveling is very important, but you will spend 99.999999% of your time at max level farming gear/currency/dungeons, then once adequately geared will continue the upgrade process in raids and such. They need to do a review in progress over the course of at least a month to give everyone a proper look at the game/end game, so we know if it actually has the content to sustain prolonged subscriptio...
Really? Tomb raider had nearly equal textures and better lighting on ps4...but regardless of who knows about textures its still never a bad thing to have the same game available on multiple platforms...unless its a shitty port, which NONE of the next gen ports talked about have been shitty.

I don't really see how more options for gamers could possibly damage the industry. Every single gamer has the option to either buy or pass, and ports just mean they have more choices, possibly of games they weren't able to play. The author call the port of tomb raider "lazy". I'm playing dynasty warriors 8 ps4 atm, and I'm totally skipping the cutscenes...there are just some games that story doesnt matter to me (not very many) but on those games Im very glad to have the option to skip.
Yeah, it was local on one screen. I didn't try online, it was just my roommate and I trying to play.
I was pretty disappointed in coop...it splits the screen into quadrants even with only 2 people playing...No thanks.
How does ps4 being lead prevent creative and ground breaking games? Being Call of Duty, they haven't been creative or ground breaking since '03-'04. This has no effect on the actual writing/development of the games, so I don't really understand what you're trying to say.
I don't want the hud for screenshots, I just prefer playing with no hud, its more immersive :) either way, everyone wins!
It's only a good thing from the X1 platform owners view...because you guys are the ones that get the games at the same time as everyone else. What about owners of EVERY other platform, that are now forced to wait weeks/months for a version of the game irrelevant (for them) to be done. The policy literally ONLY benefits xbox owners, all it does is hurt every other platform.
Respectfully, we have different definitions of quality...literally everyone I know IRL (including myself) thinks that paper looks awesome...the animations are totally badass, I really hope we actually get to use it at some point.
Yeah, except you dont have spend that much on a video card to make it look good...just because you CAN buy a video card that costs that much doesnt mean you have to, amd anyone with any modicum Of intelligence isnt going to waste that money on a video card (especially since most video cards in that price range arent even meant for gaming, theyre for developing/3d rendering). A good gaming pc wont cost you more than 1k-1200, a far cry from 3k.
Honestly video is strong againsy both imo...a 3 second ranged blast kills most enemies, the anti air attack is stupid op, and a single melee combo will eithe kill someone or knock them on their ass for a while...the only mob ive had problems killing melee are the assholes that teleport every 2 seconds...the swing is too slow, they port before the second hit. ..other than that video isnt weak against anything imo
I want to clarify, my two saves are both in different times of day. What I was saying is that the time of day has not changed since I completed the game in each save.
Even parts though, its not necessary to replace even a single part every year. Maybe, MAYBE a new gpu every 2-4 years depending on what you go for, cpus/ram last longer. It hasnt really been necessary to upgrade anything annually since the athlon 64 days
Completely agreed...the game is beautiful. The art style and world fit perfectly. Honestly it looks good enough to be an actual new release imo...after spending hundreds(thousands, really) of hours staring at the game on ps2 over the years its mind boggling how damn good they made it look. I totally love it!
