Wow people actually didn't realise the money was going to charity? I wonder how many people were convinced it was bioware who was "asking" for money. Also makes me question the credibility of the "whiners" opinion of the games ending.

Ps3 just isn't the top in the shooter market which Is where the money is this gen. If Sony could make a game that could rival halo sales then they gotta shot.
Do you remember ME1? Vigil told us the reapers would spend decades cleansing the galaxy before leaving. The bstarians were the first hit (I think) and they would gladly take their time to get it all right and I'm pretty sure they're spend a few years per planet.
Bear in mind when Bioware said "this WILL be a trilogy" they weren't owned by EA for all we know this isn't the end of shepards story.

Yeh although seeing a halo game as a launch title would be interesting to see if it can shift consoles at launch.

You say that but look at SONY last year throwing an incredible amount of exclusives with a lot of them not reaching expectations sales wise. Ps3 fanboys talk big but don't talk with their wallets while Xbox exclusives did very well in sales and quality.
Aaah LOGIC. The admins should really make you change your name. Not all of us are willing to own both consoles due to affordability or not seeing the point in owning 2 pieces of hardware which are VERY similar in their usage.

I buy more than half off my games second hand. Why? Can't afford full price and saving £10 can go towards a lot and also when I don't want to support a company like EA and Activision. on XBL bulletstorm is £15 but in GAME it's £5 brand new and as you can see that is the number one reason to not support online retail.
Which leaves me to say YOU SIR are a fool for blindly supporting this...

Yeh but Alan wake is about survival, uncharted platforming and then resi 5s ammo and weapon searching. Personally think it would be a good combination as long as there's an emphasis on survival rather than shooting :)

I like how you compared it to 3 games all of which were developed as a ps3 or (ff13) used the ps3 as a lead platform. Also did you buy me2 on ps3? If so you should have expected this...

Also most these sites will overreact about this for hits so it's hard to get an accurate idea of how bad this ending is.
I know like how Star wars has robots trying to destroy the galaxy and mass effect totally stole the character customisations idea from star wars too.
Seriously gtfo of your gonna pull the "copycat" line because your just hating for the sake of hating. Mass effect 3 is a brilliant game (as a whole) and its a shame they pulled this sort of ending on us.
I didn't say the amount of supporters determines their credibility. I simply implied that their lack of attention to where the money was going or who set the fund up makes me wonder how reliable THEIR opinion is when we look at how bad the ending is.
After all they could just be sheep and try following the hardcore.
