I think these people who claim to be "hardcore fans" really don't understand the difference between the ending of a game and a trilogy. Playing through all three games learning about what in up against and resolving situations I come up against the way I see fit is an amazing experience and then nearing the conclusion of my story. Seeing how certain characters surviving this far and how they affect MY story is something few games (or none) try to do.

People would rather buy the dlc and enjoy it than complain, this was proven when MW2 sold dlc at a higher price than its competitors and everyone just bought it without complaining.

Personally thought that made it more interesting. Since you were up against a different situation where you wouldn't know what would happen after going through the omega 4 relay and thing like finding out about the shadow broker were pretty coolio :3.
Yeh I'd assume there'll be multiple events after all we can only unlock 1 weapon which would annoy a lot of people considering we can't get these weapons any other way.

No Suprises if EA is behind this but look at what they've done to the BF community. Make them bash cod for its yearly release and overpriced dlc and then they go and release BTK for 1200 M$ points. Are they trying to take the piss out of us or something?

Also people want a straightforward ending. Although I have not seen the ending I won't criticise their opinion until I've seen them myself.
I want to support devs but sometimes they need "punishment" for pulling the stunts EA have been doing recently. If waiting for the Price to go down and buy pre-owned means that they don't get my money then so be it. Would rather support retail anyway since they're 10 times cheaper than PSN and XBL to buy games from
You pretty much said it how it is. Again a game can't be judged on its ending which means I assume many people didn't like halo 2 or gears 2....
Why are you playing on ps3? The interactive comic for ME2 doesn't explain everything you learn through the first game at all. Like the conversation with Vigil on Ilos...

Yeh with the amount of hate it's getting my friend said he enjoyed he ending because he didn't expect anything spectacular. Also Kayne and lynch 2 has a worse ending since it pretty much just ends...
